My pettiskirts are amazingly soft, extra fluffy and super full.  They are all double layered and made of a super soft chiffon. They have satin covered elastic adjustable waistbands, which allows to fit many waist sizes and a bow in the front. Perfect to dress up your little ones for cake smash or photo shoots
